Merchantaccountus.com provides all manufacturers' new equipment warranties for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All returned items will be diagnosed and shipped within 7 days at Merchantaccountus.com's expense. Products that are returned and found not to be defective will be returned to the customer at their expense along with a $20.00 diagnostic fee. All items are shipped by UPS Ground service. If customer requests express delivery, he/she has to pay for the additional shipping costs. Merchantaccountus.com will not accept packages without an assigned RMA #. For all warranty work after the first thirty (30) days please contact the manufacturer directly.

FOR REFURBISHED EQUIPMENT
Merchantaccountus.com warranty all refurbished equipment purchased from us for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. If equipment is defective within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase it will be diagnose and shipped within 7 days at AbleMerchant.com's expense. If equipment becomes defective after the first thirty (30) days it will be repaired within 7 to 10 business days and shipped back at Merchantaccountus.com's expense. However, if the equipment is found not to be defective, Merchantaccountus.com will ship the item back at the customer's expense along with a $20.00 diagnostic fee. All items are shipped by UPS Ground service. If customer requests express delivery, he/she has to pay for the additional shipping costs. Merchantaccountus.com will not accept packages without an assigned RMA #.
Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear of the product or if the product or was misused, neglected, improperly installed, physically damaged or altered, either internally or externally, or damaged from improper, use in an unsuitable environment, or Acts of God.
Return Policy
- Merchantaccountus.com offers a fourteen (14) day return policy on all merchandise. After (14) days, we will not accept any returns or exchanges.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all equipment that is returned and not defective.
- Merchantaccountus.com will not accept packages without an assigned RMA #.
- EXCEPTIONS:
- Paper, ribbon, and credit card slips are non-returnable.
- All software that has been opened or used is not eligible for return.
- Custom-made items are non-returnable.
To Return a Product
Please send the request to service@ablemerchant.com. This will be submitted to one of AbleMerchant.com's Customer Care Representatives for review. You will be contacted within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the product back. You can also contact us at 877-628-9888. Our business hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST).
Required Information When Requesting an RMA
- The serial number of your defective product.
- Information about the installation and use of the unit.
- Information about the failure and/or reason for the return.
- A copy of your dated proof of purchase or the Order Number.
PREPARING THE PRODUCT FOR SHIPPING
- An RMA # must be issued before the product can be returned.
- All original merchandise must be send back (power cords, books, etc.) or you will be invoiced for missing items.
- Package the unit carefully and pad for safety. Fully insure all shipped products. Returned products must be shipped prepaid. If products arrive in damaged condition due to obvious mishandling, you are responsible for filing the claim with your carrier.
- Defective equipment that arrives without an RMA # will either be refused or returned at the sender's expense. We are not liable for loss or damage to unauthorized product returns.
- Please write in black bold print the RMA # on the outside of the box and on all paperwork.
